Confessions II הוא אלבום האולפן ה-15 של מדונה, אשר יצא לאור ב- 2026 ומשמש כאלבום המשך ישיר  לאלבומה המצליח משנת 2005, Confessions on a Dance Floor, ומסמן את חזרתה לעולמות מוזיקת הדאנס והאלקטרוניקה.
